This home was built in 1939 and features hardwood floors throughout. Awesome right? Carpet is the worst! The back yard is fenced for you doggo and seller has made some improvements since buying the home. They added a new garage door opener (the lift part not the remote), a deck, new dishwasher and the yard is lovingly landscaped. Did I mention HARDWOOD FLOORS? I did, but it bears repeating.
